0-60 time after unleashed tune

I have a 2011 titanium EB flex and recently got a 3 bar map and a 91 octane tune from Unleashed tuning. Using an SCT TSX performance test my 0-60 is now 5.57. I am not sure if this is good or bad but I thought I would share. I kinda though it might be lower as I have seen articles claiming 5.8ish 0-60 for a stock eb flex.

I hope to get some results at AAA Dragway in Fontana when I have time.

Most websites have the 2011 ford flex titanium Ecoboost between 6-6.7 times for 0-60. Looks like the tune has done it's job. You're now close to the sho which is 550lbs lighter.

Oh wow. If the starting point is 6 seconds or more then it seems the results are good.

Should I be testing 0-60 with tracion control off or on for best results?

Got same as you with same tune. Good to know it has potential. Haven't had time or a place to do tests. Not sure my torque app would give accurate readings anyway. Still on stock till I get my recall done, then back to the tune.

I see 6.0-6.2 for older EB's and 5.9 for '13 up. It does not state the gearing as the tow package is better suited here.

Traction control off is faster- very small amounts of wheelspin are okay. You'll get power cutting by ECU if it detects any spin. With this much weight and AWD, there's no way you'll get excessive wheel spin.

Does the tune also require gapping down the plugs a bit smaller as well? Did you do this?

Cutting half a second off 0-60 time is pretty darn good. You should also play around with how much to load the torque converter and see what results with the best time. If you brake-stand a little to get the driveline "play" out, the launch RPM is critical. If you're of the type that launches off idle, your idle RPM setting in the tune is critical.

That's a five and half second real world 0-60. That's pretty darn quick. Car magazines and testers do everything they can to get the time down and run the car multiple times from different launch RPMs and techniques to get that one great 0-60 time. It's affected by surface and ambient temp too. That's pretty darn quick, as most people are lucky to get within a half second of a testers 0-60 time.
